What You’ll Do

Set up and operate fiber and/or CO₂ laser cutting machines

Load and position metal materials for production runs

Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications

Measure finished parts using tape measures, calipers, or gauges to ensure quality

Make adjustments to machines as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Support team members and production goals as needed What We’re Looking For

Prior experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements accurately

Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment **Bonus **Experience with lasers, CNC machines, or metal processing
