Opportunity: Machine Operator 1 at D&W Fine Pack

Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:00pm - 10:30pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:00pm - 6:30am
Compensation:
Starting pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
Shift Differential: $1.25 for 2nd & 3rd Shifts
Sign On Bonus: $1,250
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to plant safety procedures and guidelines.
- Be well-versed in emergency procedures and promptly respond to contingencies like power outages, machine failures, and workplace injuries.
- Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary.
- Understand and execute Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.
- Report safety issues promptly and participate actively in safety improvement processes.
- Operate machinery by engaging controls and monitor production processes.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the work area.
- Record relevant production, packaging, and order information.
- Assist coworkers as required and follow plant quality practices.

Qualifications:
