**Machine Operator **

We will take candidates that are just getting into machine operation, company is willing to train!!!

Pay: $16 - $18 p/hr

Shifts Available:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Screen Room Technician to join our production team. This role is responsible for preparing and producing screens to support daily production schedules, maintaining screen inventory, operating screen imaging equipment, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Produce screens using Iimage equipment to meet production schedules.
• Retrieve, organize, and prioritize work orders to support production needs.
• Email daily production reports detailing screens reclaimed, coated, and burned.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Monitor and maintain screen inventory levels.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on equipment according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Properly handle and dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and materials.
• Cross-train and support team members as needed.
• Communicate staffing or production concerns to the Production Manager.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, screen printing, or industrial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic computer and recordkeeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet production deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Frequent use of hands for handling materials and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to work around machinery, chemicals, heat, and moderate to loud noise levels.
• Good close vision, distance vision, color recognition, and focus adjustment abilities.

Work Environment

• Manufacturing and production facility environment.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts, chemicals, fumes, and heat.
• Moderate to loud noise levels.
• Safety equipment may be required depending on work area.
