Prince Manufacturing Corporation is a U.S. Manufacturer of hydraulic components. The Brookings, SD location is currently looking for full-time production employees who will be willing to continuously learn different aspects of our manufacturing processes. No Experience is necessary! On the job training will be provided.

Monday – Thursday – working 4 10-hour shifts (Start times at 5:00 AM or 7:00 AM).

Job Summary:
Employees must be flexible and willing to float between departments and tasks depending on production needs. Employees may be trained to do the following:
- Assemble and test hydraulic cylinders including arranging parts, washing, stamping and packing parts, operation of assembly equipment and other equipment necessary in assembly operation and tests cylinders.
- Set up and operation of CNC and other machines to produce precision parts.
- Use of a robotic welder to weld parts together, and other tasks such as thermal cutting or grinding.
- Use of forklift to transfer materials.
- Operation of paint system including preparing surfaces, mixing paint using ProMix system, and paint surfaces.
- Perform various transactions using computer software.
- Use of a variety of tools and precision instruments necessary to meet specifications outline in blueprints and test tolerances, check for defects and verify conformance standards.
- Actively practice safety rules.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old.
- Must have a high-school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have basic computer skills including operation of a mouse and keyboard.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- The ability to use tools will be extremely helpful.
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time.
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 pounds and have strong grip strength.
Pay: $21-$28 with regular evaluations
