Position Overview

ZenTech Consulting is seeking dependable and hardworking Production Workers to support operations at a beverage manufacturing facility. Production Workers are responsible for operating and assisting with production equipment, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, performing quality checks, and helping ensure production lines operate efficiently.

This position follows a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule, working overnight shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on production lines and assist in the manufacturing of quality beverage products.
• Position parts, materials, containers, and other components for processing.
• Assist with machine setup and ensure all necessary production materials are available.
• Operate production equipment safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
• Perform feeding and off-bearing activities throughout the production process.
• Load and operate packaging machinery as required.
• Verify weights of filled containers coming from processing and packaging equipment.
• Perform routine machine care, including adding coolant to reservoirs and lubricating machine components as needed.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the production process.
• Visually inspect production runs and accurately document results.
• Monitor production lines and help keep equipment running smoothly.
• Identify equipment issues, production concerns, and potential maintenance needs.
• Communicate equipment or production problems to supervisors and maintenance personnel.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
• Follow all company safety procedures, food/beverage manufacturing standards, and production requirements.
• Follow established procedures for handling materials, equipment, and finished products.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or machine operation experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift from 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM.
• Willingness to work a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the production process.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a production team.

Work Environment

This position is performed in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment. Employees may be exposed to operating machinery, production noise, varying temperatures, and wet or humid conditions. Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety procedures are required.

The 2-2-3 schedule provides a rotating work pattern that includes every other weekend off while maintaining continuous production coverage.
