Machine Operator / Assembly Technician – 1st Shift

🕒 Temp-to-Perm

📅 Monday – Thursday | 7:00AM – 5:00PM

We are currently hiring two Machine Operator / Assembly Technicians to join a growing manufacturing team in Portsmouth, NH. This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, machine operation, or assembly experience looking to grow within a clean and team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated production machinery
• Assist with assembly of electronic components and printed circuit boards
• Load and replenish machine materials and parts as needed
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues
• Conduct routine cleaning and preventative maintenance on equipment
• Hand-place small electronic components when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow written work instructions and production procedures
• Support continuous improvement and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• 6+ months of machine operation or assembly experience
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• SMT or electronics assembly experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
