Machine Operator – Assembly & Molding

Overview

We are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will help produce high-quality molded plastic parts by operating molding machines, performing visual inspections, and supporting daily production needs. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to build hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate plastic injection molding machines following work instructions and guidance from supervisors.

• Inspect molded parts for quality and cosmetic appearance.

• Report issues or defects to technicians, lead operators, or supervisors.

• Communicate important updates or special instructions to team members across shifts.

• Keep your work area clean and organized while helping maintain a safe workplace.

• Assist team members with breaks and support other tasks as needed (such as annealing parts or boxing/bagging products).

*Previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required — we provide training.

• Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, reach, bend, and handle materials throughout the shift.

• Lift or move up to 25 pounds occasionally.

• Good vision for close-up inspection and color matching.

• Fast-paced production setting near machinery.

• Exposure to moderate noise, heat, and airborne particles.
