We are a thermal processor in the aerospace, medical, automotive, defense,
commercial, OEM, and power generation industries. We are looking for a MachineProgrammer and Operator with CNC capabilities to join our team
+ Essential Job Functions
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions and to communicate effectively
- Proactive and able to work cooperatively with others
- Attention to detail and punctual attendance
- Perform various duties with the ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Maintain records and logs and routers
- Ability to set up and operate various machines including CNC machines
- Ability to monitor work and make necessary adjustments
- Perform testing procedures to ensure that machines are working optimally
- Keep work area and equipment clean by collecting and disposing of scrap, excess materials and refuse.
+ Education and Experience
- Graduation from high school / GED -OR- experience in a variety of trades or manufacturing work; or any equivalent combination of education and experience which would provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
+ Compensation and Benefits
- $30/hour+ (depending on experience)

+ Working Conditions
Working Conditions Details
- Full Time - 3rd Shift - 11:00PM-7:30AM
- Overtime expectations If overtime is required Byron Products compensates with time and a half payment.

- We provide 5 Sport-Tek embroidered polos and an embroidered ¼
zip sweatshirt to comply with dress codes.
+ Workplace Policies and Agreements
- Pre-Employment drug screen required and random drug test throughout the year
- Onboarding, Safety Training, Quality Training and Job Training are paid at your standard hourly rate and will be required before preforming further work duties.

- Annual performance reviews with your production manager will ensure employees know where they stand as well as providing an outlet for open communication between employees and managers.
