  • Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 PM – 6:00 AM
  • Overtime: Friday, when available

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team in the Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various production machinery, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, and band saw. Your primary goal will be to ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience operating production machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CNC machines
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Experience with Six Sigma methodologies

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain production machinery, including assembly line, press machines, overhead cranes, deburring, micrometer, clamp truck, mold machine, and band saw
  • Ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Perform routine maintenance on machinery, including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, as needed
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery

Skills:

As a Machine Operator, you will use your skills in press machines, production machinery, deburring, micrometer, and band saw to ensure that production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will also use your mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery. Additionally, you will need to be able to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics, and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while operating machinery. Finally, you will work independently and as part of a team to achieve production goals.
