We’re growing and looking to add multiple Machine Operators to our 2nd shift team in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to be part of a high-quality production team—this is a great opportunity to get in the door and grow your skills!
What You’ll Do
- Operate manufacturing equipment such as conformal coating and singulation machines (with training on wave solder, selective solder machines)
- Assemble electrical and electromechanical components using various tools and hardware
- Inspect work and identify defects using IPC-A-610 standards
- Follow work instructions and complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Support production goals while maintaining quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to use tools and basic testing devices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1+ year of manufacturing or related experience preferred
- IPC-A-610 certification is a plus (or willingness to learn)
