We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Machine Operator for our 2nd shift at our facility located in Greensboro, NC, 27406. In this role, you will play a vital part in our production process, ensuring that our machines are set up correctly and running efficiently. Responsibilities

• Perform machine setups for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand specifications and requirements for production.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role.
• Strong skills in machine setups for production runs.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
