We are seeking a skilled and motivated Machine Operator for our 2nd shift at our facility located in Greensboro, NC, 27406. As a vital member of our production team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our metal casting operations. If you have experience with machine setups, blueprint reading, and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery for production runs, ensuring optimal performance and quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute production specifications accurately.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies or issues to supervisors.

Qualifications
