Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Machine Operator for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires someone comfortable working in a warm production environment who can operate equipment while performing visual quality inspections throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery
• Load materials and remove finished products from equipment
• Make basic machine adjustments as needed
• Perform visual inspections of finished products for defects, damage, discoloration, improper dimensions, or other quality issues
• Separate and document defective products
• Perform basic quality checks according to established specifications
• Keep machines supplied with materials to maintain production flow
• Complete production and quality paperwork accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Meet established production and quality goals

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience performing visual quality inspections in a production environment
• Comfortable working in a warm/non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Good attention to detail and ability to recognize product defects
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues
• Dependable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
