Job Title: Coating Operator

We are hiring a Coating Operator for a manufacturing environment.

Key Requirements:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.

• 12–18 months of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs independently.

• Basic math skills, including measurements, weight conversions, and calculations.

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and job documents.

• Comfortable working around moving machinery, noise, heat, and dust.

• Must be able to wear required PPE and follow safety procedures.
