Job Overview:

Machine Operator

WHAT YOU’LL DO HERE

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play an important role in keeping our production operations running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll support the setup, operation, and cleaning of production lines while ensuring products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and consistency directly impact the quality of the products we deliver to customers.

Production Operations

  • Set up and operate production equipment, including carton erectors, tape machines, box printers, conveyors, and related machinery

  • Assist with line changeovers and preparation for upcoming production runs

  • Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals and schedules

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Monitor product quality throughout the production process and address issues as they arise

  • Accurately complete all required production and quality documentation

  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), cGMP, SQF, and food safety guidelines

  • Clean and sanitize equipment after each production run to ensure readiness and compliance

Flexibility & Reliability

  • Support overtime and flexible scheduling as needed to meet customer demand

  • Safely lift up to 50 pounds while bending, twisting, and squatting

  • Maintain reliable attendance and contribute positively to a team-based environment

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Skills & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Basic English reading and writing skills

  • Basic math skills

  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Ability to follow safety and food safety requirements consistently

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
