Position Summary:
We are hiring Machine Technicians to set up and operate CNC spring manufacturing equipment. Ideal candidates will have prior experience setting up and running standard CNC machines such as mills or lathes. We’re looking for team members who are eager to learn, grow, and develop long-term careers with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Perform quality checks and adjustments to maintain production standards
Troubleshoot basic mechanical or machine issues as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Participate in ongoing training and development programs
Qualifications:
1–2 years of machining experience
Basic understanding of CNC machine setup and operation
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn specialized equipment
Strong work ethic and desire for long-term growth
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
