We're currently hiring a Packing Machine Operator to support our production operations in a clean, safe, and team-oriented environment. If you're mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

As a Packing Machine Operator Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate mixers, extruders, presses, and other production equipment safely and effectively
• Accurately weigh and mix raw materials based on formulations
• Use measuring tools and enter production data into our MRP system
• Maintain product identification and traceability
• Follow all safety standards and wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Support housekeeping and preventative maintenance efforts
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with quality and safety protocols
• Communicate clearly with coworkers and supervisors to meet production demands

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to use measuring tools and basic computer programs
• Basic math, computer, and communication skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks like bending, climbing, and kneeling
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and follow safety protocols

Work Environment:

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
