Overview

We are hiring Machine Operators on 2nd shift in Wayne/Romulus area.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery

• Operate forklift and hi lo

• Operate produciton machinery and overhead cranes

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines as needed.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
