Machine Operator — Third Shift — $24/Hour

Location: Turners Falls, MA 01376

Schedule: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM; 12-hour overnight shifts

Employment: Full-time, temp-to-hire

Pay: $24/hour

Revere Staffing Partners is seeking hardworking, self-motivated Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Turners Falls. Opportunities are available for candidates at various skill levels. Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production machinery and support daily production goals.
• Maintain consistent productivity and close attention to quality.
• Complete thorough, accurate production paperwork.
• Communicate with teammates and work together to meet department goals.
• Follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Keep equipment, workstations, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Follow attendance policies and report reliably for scheduled shifts.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Written and verbal English communication skills.
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and follow production and safety procedures.
• Availability to work 12-hour overnight shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Regularly lift or move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Stand for up to eight hours and perform tasks involving walking, reaching, bending, stooping, crouching, or kneeling.
• Work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment with noise and temperatures that may vary with weather conditions.
