SUMMARY: Installs, fixes and operates various types of machinery. Performing routine maintenance checks, following strict safety regulations and guidelines and operating mechanical or computer-operated equipment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for operating automated production machinery
- Ability to inspect products on a continuous flow production line
- Light product assembly (hand assembly of parts) required
- Assembling boxes, applying labels, filling out production logs
- Under the guidance of supervision, may be asked to train our new employees on day to day operations
- Other tasks as assigned (The duties of the position are subject to change by management at any time based on the needs of the business)
* This position is very hands-on. Operators are usually in the production area “on-their feet" about 80% of the shift.
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma or GED is desired
- Flexible in a fast paced environment
- Self-starter and highly motivated with strong work ethic and integrity
- Warehouse / Production experience is a plus
- Experience operating machinery or manufacturing experience is a plus

- Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
