Machine Operator

Location: Tinley Park, IL

Pay: $17/hour increase to $19 once hired

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Fridays Off (Mandatory Overtime when needed)

Job Description

We are hiring Machine Operators to join our team in Tinley Park! In this role, you will be cross-trained to operate various machines and assist with production and shipping. No prior experience required — we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Sheeter / Laminator machines to produce final sheet sizes
• Set up and operate paper Hole Driller
• Operate Cutters to cut and prepare paper bundles
• Prepare and verify orders in Shipping/Receiving
• Track and report daily production
• Keep work area clean and free of scrap and clutter

Requirements

• Basic math and understanding of fractions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate in English
• Able to lift 20-60 lbs. regularly
• Able to stand for at least 7 hours per shift
• Frequent bending and lifting
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Additional Details

• PPE required: Steel-toe shoes, safety glasses, hair net
• Fridays off unless mandatory overtime
• Background Check required
