Machine Operator

💰 Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour

🕐 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

🕐 Crossover Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Position Overview

Seeking a Machine Operator to produce engineered laminate materials for the aerospace industry.

You'll operate laminating and adhesive-mixing equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and set up laminating and mixing equipment
• Monitor machine temperatures, pressures, tension, and process conditions
• Mix and prepare adhesives
• Perform quality checks and collect samples
• Move materials using forklifts, hoists, and other equipment
• Enter production and material data
• Perform machine cleaning and changeovers
• Assist with troubleshooting and reducing downtime
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

Requirements

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Manufacturing experience or ability to work safely in a production environment
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable and team-oriented

Preferred:

• 3+ years of manufacturing or production experience
• Laminating, coating, converting, or roll-to-roll experience
• Forklift experience
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with adhesives or industrial equipment

Physical Requirements

• Heavy Lifting

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling

• Work around machinery, noise, adhesives, solvents, and other manufacturing materials

• PPE required
