Machine Operator – 1st & 2nd Shift

Job Description

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators for manufacturing opportunities in the St. Louis area. Candidates should have experience operating industrial machinery such as injection molding machines, extrusion equipment, punch presses, press brakes, or similar production equipment.

This position involves operating and monitoring machinery, performing equipment changeovers, troubleshooting basic issues, and maintaining a safe and efficient production environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing machinery.

• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products.

• Perform routine equipment checks and identify operational issues.

• Complete machine changeovers and basic adjustments as needed.

• Perform light maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Follow production procedures and company safety regulations.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating industrial manufacturing machinery.

• Experience with injection molding, extrusion, punch presses, press brakes, or similar equipment preferred.

• Ability to perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with basic machine maintenance and production processes.

• Ability to follow work instructions and safety procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

• Shifts: 1st and 2nd shift positions available.

• Location: St. Louis, Missouri.
