Job Responsibilities:
Ensure that all products being produced are to specification. This includes but is not limited to pretreatment, the coating process, final packaging, count accuracy, and paperwork. Provide valuable information to the rest of the line to insure that the products being produced are to specification or that they conform to the requirements of the process sheet. Monitor any required process changes, and alert Q.C. when changes occur.
Job Duties:
•Make sure that finished goods are packaged properly as detailed by the process sheet.
•Monitor the critical attributes of product produced to ensure our customers received acceptable material.
•Operating the machines on the paint line.
•Must be able to use all of the necessary testing equipment required to determine that a quality part is being produced.
•Document daily applicable process controls per job instructions and control plan.
Skills and Qualifications:
•Lifting up to 50lbs
•The ability to lift, twist, and bend for 8+ hours a day
•The ability to walk and be on your feet for 8+ hours a day
