Machine Operator / Production Associate

Spring Grove, IL 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:00 AM $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Long-Term Temporary/Possible Temp to Hire Opportunity

We are currently hiring Machine Operators / Production Associates for a growing manufacturing facility in Spring Grove, IL. This is a fast-paced production environment where employees will operate machinery, inspect products, and assist with packaging and production processes.

Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor automated production equipment

· Load materials into machines and start production cycles

· Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

· Perform quality checks throughout the shift

· Sort, bundle, and package completed products

· Pack finished goods and prepare orders for shipment

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Follow all safety and quality procedures

Requirements:

· Manufacturing or production experience preferred

· Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift

· Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. as needed

· Strong attention to detail and quality

· Basic mechanical aptitude

· Reliable attendance and punctuality are required

· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a hands-on manufacturing position involving machine operation, product inspection, sorting, counting, bundling, and packaging. Candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks, monitoring product quality, and working in a production environment where safety and accuracy are important.
