Now Hiring: Automotive Machine Operators (All Shifts) – BMW Supplier Company: OpSource Staffing Location: Spartanburg, SC (On-site) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay Rate: • 1st Shift: $17.50 / hour • 2nd & 3rd Shift: $19.50 / hour • Massive overtime opportunities available! ? Available Shifts & Schedules • 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | Monday – Friday • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM | Monday – Friday • 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 5:45 AM | Sunday – Thursday • Note: Facility is booming! They are currently working 6 to 7 days a week. Candidates must be fully committed to working mandatory overtime and weekends to meet critical production deadlines. What You Will Do Every Day • Operate and maintain complex machinery to produce high-quality automotive parts. • Follow precise working instructions and meet daily shift productivity targets. • Tag and label products accurately throughout the production process. • Pack finished components safely into designated shipping boxes or storage racks. • Perform basic routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth operations. • Keep your workspace spotless and identify any production issues quickly to your team lead. What We Are Looking For • Experience: 2 years of proven track record as a machine operator in an automotive or manufacturing environment. • Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to read technical instruction documents. • Stamina: Physical ability to stand for long periods and safely lift heavy objects. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Technical certifications are a big plus). • Standards: Strict attention to detail with the ability to perform well under production pressure.
