About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Machine Operator – Level A to join our machine shop team. In this role, you’ll set up and operate a wide variety of manual and CNC machines, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure quality production of precision parts.
What You’ll Do
Read blueprints, manuals, and specifications to set up jobs accurately.
Operate and perform advanced set-ups on lathes, mills, CNCs, and other equipment.
Run processes such as welding, press, polishing, swaging, and heat treat.
Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
Package, stage, and document completed work.
Assist other operators and help resolve technical issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years’ experience as a machine operator.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong mechanical skills and ability to read blueprints.
Proficient with measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, etc.).
Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Forklift and Crane Operator certifications a plus.
