Job Description

We are seeking experienced Machine Operators for a full-time position within a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role requires more than basic machine operation — candidates must demonstrate mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment independently to maintain production efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust industrial machinery throughout the production cycle

• Perform routine troubleshooting and minor mechanical repairs to resolve equipment issues

• Maintain consistent output quality by following established procedures and inspecting finished products

• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in machine operation and mechanical troubleshooting in a manufacturing setting

• Ability to work early morning shifts and remain on-site until production is complete

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

• Dependable, team-oriented, and committed to workplace safety
