**Job Description:

** Are you passionate about quality and supporting associates in a dynamic manufacturing environment? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Machine Operator.

**🔑 Key Responsibilities:

**

• Operate assigned mechanical equipment and applicable hand tools

• Complete first piece inspection as needed

• Ensure that items produced pass quality control requirements

• Perform basic troubleshooting of equipment and perform adjustments

• Read and interpret blue prints if applicable

• Use basic measuring instruments

• Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately

• Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)

• Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures

• Perform other duties as assigned

**🎓 Qualifications:

**

• Perform work under general supervision

• Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher level staff

• Possess beginning to working knowledge of subject matter

• 3 to 12 months of experience
