Technical Skills: Experience with injection molding machines, including setup, operation, and troubleshooting. 
Quality Focus: Ability to identify defects and ensure products meet specifications. 
Problem-Solving: Capability to diagnose and resolve machine and process issues. 
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials. 
Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members. 
Basic Math and Reading Skills: For measuring materials and following work instructions
Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment. 
Work Environment:

Injection mold machine operators works in manufacturing environment in a non temperature controlled facility.
The work can be fast-paced and physically demanding.
