General Labor Production – 3rd Shift

Climate Control Warehouse

• Pay: $19/hr

• Schedule: Wednesday–Friday

• Hours: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM

• 12-hour shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals to join our production team. This is an entry-level position, and training is provided. Employees will assist with basic production, packaging, inspection, and material-handling tasks while following company procedures and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and manufacturing tasks.

• Package and label finished products.

• Inspect products for quality and report any issues.

• Assist with placing materials and products on the production line.

• Keep the work area clean and organized.

• Follow safety and production procedures.

• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.

• Perform other general production duties as assigned.

Requirements

• No previous production experience required; training is provided.

• Reliable and dependable attendance.

• Ability to work a 12-hour overnight shift, Wednesday–Friday.

• Ability to work comfortably around strong scents, such as fruity or minty smells.

• Comfortable wearing required PPE, including an apron, hairnet, mask, gloves, and other protective equipment.

• Ability to follow instructions and learn new tasks.

• Good attention to detail.

• Ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift materials as required for the position.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
