Position: Machine Operator

Pay: $23.00/hour

Shift: 7pm to 7am, 2, 2, 3 rotating shifts

Location: Plainfield, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $23.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Operate site-specific equipment (injection molding, blow molding, or extrusion) to produce quality plastic products
• Perform mold and neck finish changes as needed and assist with equipment setup and troubleshooting
• Inspect bottles for defects and notify management of nonconforming products
• Complete production records, quality checks, and system logs accurately
• Maintain safety protocols and good housekeeping practices on the production floor

Qualifications

• Previous experience with blow molding, injection, or extrusion processes preferred
• Ability to operate forklifts and handle materials safely
• Knowledge of HDPE/PET, hand tools, and basic computer systems (MS Office, Excel, SAP)
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment with heat above 90 degrees
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, climb, crawl, and lift up to 50 pounds
