Pay: $19.00 – $21.00/hour + Weekly Pay + Bonus Opportunities

Since 1968, Finzer Roller has been a family-owned leader in the rubber roller manufacturing industry, specializing in value-added solutions for our customers. Our innovative rubber compounds are designed to enhance various applications, and our skilled technical representatives provide expert guidance in rubber roller and rotary brush applications.

Now, we’re looking for a Machine Operator who takes pride in hands-on craftsmanship and precision work to join our team.

What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate manual engine lathes

• Use calipers and micrometers to ensure accurate measurements

• Follow safety and manufacturing procedures

• Handle materials using hoists and cranes

• Collaborate with the production team to meet quality standards

• Read and interpret standard operating procedures and customer specs

• Deliver consistent, high-quality output

What You Bring

• 2+ years of machining experience (manual lathe preferred)

• Solid basic math skills

• Ability to use precision measuring tools

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
