Machine Operator – Plastics

Pay: $23/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:42 PM – 11:12 PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor injection molding machines and automation equipment.
• Set up and adjust machines for production runs.
• Change out tooling and molds and clean dies.
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues.
• Monitor product quality, cycle times, material flow, and defects.
• Take product samples and complete production paperwork.
• Make material and color changes as needed.
• Perform mold and machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Work independently and follow safety and production standards.

Requirements

• Material handling/manufacturing experience.
• Plastics experience highly preferred, especially injection molding.
• Experience with machine setups and changeovers.
• Experience changing tooling/molds and cleaning dies.
