Are you looking for a stable opportunity in manufacturing with room to grow? We are hiring Machine Operators to join a modern plastic manufacturing facility in the North Miami Beach area!

Shift: Night Shift, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Schedule: Monday through Saturday

Employment Type: Full-Time

What You'll Do

• Start, stop, and monitor automated plastic production machinery
• Assist with basic machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers
• Inspect products to ensure quality and specifications are met
• Identify and report machine issues or irregularities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all production, safety, and quality procedures

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual: Spanish and English required
• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or an industrial environment
• Machine operating experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Must be available to work the 10:00 PM–6:00 AM night shift
