We are currently seeking 3rd shift skilled Machine and Assembly Operators to join our team at our facility located in Newton, NC, 28658. As an Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and accurate assembling of various automotive components. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly or machining tasks according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Read and interpret work orders to determine pertinent specifications.
• Inspect parts and materials for defects or damage before assembling.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to assemble components.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations.
• Assembly processes and productivity.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED IS REQUIRED.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and machinery effectively and safely.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds if required.
