Production Operator

Location: Newnan, GA

Pay: $22.50/hr – Night Shift

Schedule: 12-Hour Rotating Shifts | 2-2-3 Schedule

Experience: Manufacturing or Production Experience Required

SourceNow is hiring Production Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in Newnan, GA.

We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with prior manufacturing or production experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and operating production equipment.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment

• Perform visual and physical inspections of products

• Identify and report quality issues or defects

• Complete production and quality reports accurately

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area

• Keep production lines supplied with necessary raw materials

• Assist with minor production or equipment issues

• Learn and work in different areas of the production floor as needed

• Follow all safety, food safety, and GMP guidelines

• Communicate safety, quality, or production concerns to leadership

• Maintain reliable and consistent attendance

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required

• Experience working around production equipment preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Safety-minded and dependable

• Ability to follow instructions and established procedures

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule

12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule

• Day and night shifts

• Night Shift Pay: $22.50/hr

• Schedule may include weekends and holidays based on the rotating schedule and production needs
