Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
• Package finished products according to quality standards
• Inspect products for defects and ensure accuracy
• Monitor equipment and report production issues
• Perform quality checks and follow production specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Meet daily production goals while working as part of a team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience required
• Experience operating machinery, packaging equipment, or production lines preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including weekends as scheduled
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
