Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Braider Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate braiding machines, inspect product quality, perform machine setup, and maintain a safe and organized work environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for permanent employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor braiding machines to ensure quality production.
• Set up machines and load materials according to specifications.
• Inspect products and record measurements.
• Use basic measuring tools and hand tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Report equipment or production issues to the team lead.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn machine operation.
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
