shift (11 PM – 7AM) receives $1.50 shift differential

Job Summary Perform routine and non-routine tasks in the manufacturing of Electrical Submersible Petroleum (ESP) Pump Cable and rubber molded products in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor work center equipment with minimal supervision
• Perform quality checks, adjustments, and make product acceptance decisions
• Accurately record data and complete computer transactions (SAP preferred)
• Assist with inventory and material handling
• Follow all safety procedures, wear PPE, and complete required training
• Work independently or in a team as needed
• Support shift rotation, overtime, and all three shifts

Physical Requirements

• Stand for long periods and lift 10–50 lbs. regularly
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

Qualifications Required:

• 1–3 years mechanical or manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Ability to read specifications and use measuring tools

Preferred:

• Forklift experience
• Cable manufacturing or rubber molding knowledge
• SAP experience
