Job Type: 11 months contract (possible extension)

Pay Rate: $22.43/hr on W2 + Shift Differential

Schedule: Multiple Shifts Available

Shift Details

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM — $22.43/hr
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM — $23.43/hr ($1.00 shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM — $23.93/hr ($1.50 shift differential)

Job Summary

The Machine Operator is responsible for supporting safe, efficient, and reliable product and service delivery to customers. This role involves operating and maintaining equipment, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and ensuring equipment is available according to operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
• Plan and execute maintenance activities for a designated location, excluding Technology Lifecycle Management activities.
• Maintain equipment according to established procedures and report problems or deviations.
• Operate equipment according to procedures, competency levels, and job requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve the service delivery process.
• Participate in failure investigations when relevant.
• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement.
