About the Role

Talent Clout is looking for a dependable Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you'll help ensure safe, efficient, and reliable delivery of products and services to our customers. You'll be responsible for operating and maintaining shop and field equipment, meeting operational demands, and looking for ways to improve how we deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to meet production and delivery schedules
• Ensure equipment is delivered on time and in line with operational demands
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on shop and field equipment
• Monitor equipment performance and identify issues before they cause delays
• Identify and recommend opportunities to improve service delivery and efficiency
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience operating industrial or shop equipment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift
