Machine Operator

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Various Shifts Available

Location: Multiple Locations Throughout Lancaster, PA

Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators for several manufacturing companies throughout Lancaster, PA. Candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating production machinery, performing changeovers, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining quality and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to production specifications

• Perform machine changeovers and job setups

• Troubleshoot equipment and production issues

• Monitor machines and production processes to ensure quality and efficiency

• Make adjustments to machines as needed

• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Complete production paperwork and documentation

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Meet production and quality standards

• Assist with other production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to perform machine setups and changeovers

• Ability to read and follow work instructions

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
