Machine Operator

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are hiring Machine Operators for several manufacturing companies throughout Lancaster County, PA. Candidates will be responsible for setting up and operating production machinery - higher roles will perform changeovers, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining quality.

Key Responsibilities

Machine Operator I

Operate machinery, monitor production, perform basic adjustments, inspect products, complete paperwork, and follow safety procedures.

Machine Operator II

Set up and operate machinery, perform changeovers, troubleshoot routine issues, make adjustments, inspect products, and maintain production standards.

Machine Operator III

Perform advanced setups and changeovers, troubleshoot complex equipment issues, optimize machine performance, train operators, and support process improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating experience required

• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to perform machine setups and changeovers

• Ability to read and follow work instructions

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
