WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Support the operation of injection molding machines

• Load and unload parts and assist with mold changes

• Monitor machines and report malfunctions

• Perform visual and dimensional quality inspections

• Move finished products and grind scrap material for reuse

• Maintain accurate production and inventory records

• Help keep the department clean, organized, and safe

• Work closely with experienced operators and technicians

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 1–3 years of machine operating experience; plastics experience is a plus

• Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly

• Reliable team player with a go-getter attitude
