Job Description

Position: Machine Operator

Pay: $19 -21.00/hr

Shift: 5:00am-3:30pm (short-term), then switch to 2nd shift (2:30pm-10:00pm)

Location: Lake Bluff, IL

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Machine Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $21.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Responsibilities

• Operate band saws and other cutting equipment safely and efficiently to fabricate insulation materials such as fiberglass, mineral wool, and perlite
• Take precise measurements to optimize material use and reduce waste
• Meet daily production quotas while maintaining high quality standards
• Follow all safety protocols, keep the work area clean, and wear required protective gear (including respirators)

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating band saws or similar cutting equipment
• Ability to accurately measure materials and follow detailed instructions
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to maintaining a safe workspace
• Reliable and punctual with a focus on quality and efficiency
