Westside Personnel is searching for proficient Machine Operators for a tubing fabrication Company that primarily operates in the automotive, ATV/UTV, and outdoor power equipment markets. The ideal candidate should be competent in managing their production cell, conducting change-overs, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring quality checks are documented appropriately.

• 1st SHIFT - 6am-2:30pm Monday - Friday

• 2ND SHIFT - 2:30pm-10:30pm Monday - Friday

• 3rd SHIFT - 10:30 am-6:30am Sunday - Thursday

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate production machinery according to established procedures and guidelines
• Monitor machinery during operation, making adjustments as necessary to ensure products are of high quality
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during operation and make necessary repairs
• Maintain accurate production records, including the number of products produced and any defects or issues
• Ensure the work area is clean and organized at all times, following safety protocols and procedures
• Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines

Requirements

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter and maintain accurate production records
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
