Machine Operators - Florence, KY

Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour

We are currently hiring Machine Operators and Production Workers for multiple manufacturing opportunities in the Florence, KY area.

We have opportunities for both experienced machine operators and entry-level candidates looking to get started in manufacturing.

Some positions involve working with automotive parts and metal components, including coil springs, sheet metal, and other manufactured parts. Previous experience working with metal, automotive components, machinery, or production equipment is a plus.

Available Schedules

Experienced Machine Operator Positions

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 10:45 PM

Entry-Level Production Positions

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• 12-hour rotating schedule

The 12-hour rotating positions are entry-level and do not require previous machine operating experience.

Job Responsibilities

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

• Operate and monitor production machinery

• Work with automotive parts, coil springs, sheet metal, or other manufactured components

• Operate production equipment and machinery

• Monitor equipment performance

• Perform quality checks on finished products

• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures

• Assist with line setup, changeovers, and cleaning

• Maintain production efficiency

• Report equipment or production issues to supervisors

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

For Experienced Machine Operator Positions:

• Prior machine operator experience required

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred

• Strong and stable work history preferred

For Entry-Level 12-Hour Positions:

• No previous machine operating experience required

• Willingness to learn

• Reliable attendance and punctuality

• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay

• $18.00–$22.00/hour

• Pay is based on experience, work history, and position

• Experienced machine operators with strong work history may qualify for higher pay
