Job Description – 2nd Shift Production Associate

The 2nd Shift Production Associate will support daily production operations by operating equipment, preparing materials, monitoring product quality, packaging finished goods, and keeping work areas clean and organized. This role is a great fit for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate production equipment according to company procedures
• Load, unload, and prepare materials for the production process
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency
• Package, label, and move completed materials to designated areas
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and ready for the next shift
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Report any machine issues, material concerns, or quality problems to leadership

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable and able to work a full 2nd shift schedule
• Comfortable standing, moving, and working in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Previous manufacturing, machine operation, packaging, or production experience is a plus
• Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
