In this role, you will operate and maintain various machines, ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
• Assist in training new operators as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.

First shift hours are 6:00am-2:30pm M-F. Second and third shifts require training on first shift for a minimum of 2-4 weeks.
